Discussion of experts in Kathmandu - Feel free to apply cove shield

Health experts have suggested that the covacil vaccine produced by the Serum Institute of India should be administered safely. Experts have suggested that the vaccine should be administered with confidence in the interaction program on the epidemic of Covid-19 and the effectiveness of Covisild vaccine organized by Health Journalists Forum Nepal. He suggested that Covisilde be used in 16 other countries as well and that it is safe and effective.



Speaking on the occasion, Minister of State for Health Nawaraj Rawat said that covisilde vaccine was recognized in Nepal on the basis of its quality, production standards and low income. He clarified that Covisild, produced by the Serum Institute in India, was certified as one of the most effective vaccines by all standards and was approved for use in Nepal.


Similarly, the chief expert of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Roshan Pokharel said that covacil vaccine was allowed in Nepal only after the third phase of testing. He added, "Covisilde is safe because it is tested on a large population and is the best vaccine because it is cheap."

Head of Child Health and Immunization Branch Dr. Jhalak Sharma said that in some cases, Covisild has succeeded in defeating the new species of corona virus. He said, "Covisild vaccine subsidized by Allied India is being used in more than 14 countries, has passed all types of safety and efficacy tests and has been selected by the Government of Nepal on the basis of quality." He also said that he is sure to do so.



Similarly, Dr. Shukraraj Tropical and Communicable Diseases Hospital. Anup Bastola has requested not to have any doubt about Covisild vaccine. He added, "Many superpowers were preparing to buy the vaccine. It was not believed that the vaccine would come to Nepal, but it was possible for the vaccine to come to Nepal after the allied India produced it." He said, "People do not get sick even if they get corona infection by vaccination." Concluding the program, Manch president Ram Prasad Neupane thanked India for providing covidia and urged everyone to get vaccinated.

Eastern Cancer Hospital will be formally operational from Tuesday

 The Eastern Cancer Hospital established with the aim of providing state-of-the-art treatment facility in Birtamod will be formally operational from next Tuesday. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to inaugurate the hospital on the same day. Chief Executive Officer of the hospital Durga Prasai told a press conference today that all preparations have been completed for the inauguration. He informed that famous actress Manisha Koirala, famous actors Madan Krishna Shrestha and Haribansh Acharya will be present at the ceremony. The hospital has been in operation since last year.
